law student by day,
vibe coder the rest of the time.

Axis

A law student and developer with a passion for building products at the intersection of technology and the legal world. I work end-to-end across websites and applications, from early concepts to shipped product.

I care as much about whether something ships right as whether it looks right. My approach blends legal thinking with strong engineering fundamentals to build things that are both purposeful and robust.

how I work

The principles that shape how I approach every project.

end-to-end by default

I work from the first wireframe to the last deployment. Not because I distrust the people around me, but because the gap between design intent and what actually ships is where quality gets lost.

law informs my build

I bring legal thinking into how I architect systems — not after decisions are final, but from the start. It keeps logic tight, edge cases covered, and the end result closer to how things should actually work.

design is problem-solving

I use the constraints of a problem to drive the design. Aesthetics follow function, not the other way around. A beautiful interface that confuses users isn't beautiful — it's unfinished.

things that make me, me

The stuff that exists outside the code editor and the courtroom.

love reading

Books are the only thing that slow my brain down in a good way. Mostly non-fiction, law, and the occasional rabbit hole I didn't plan to fall into.

photo

love origami

There's something about turning a flat sheet into something three-dimensional with just your hands. No code, no tools — pure patience and geometry.

love good anime

Not all of it. The kind that has actual writing behind it — the ones that make you think long after the episode ends.

love history

History is just law, power, and human nature playing out on a long timeline. I find it hard not to be obsessed with it.
